Shipping Policy

SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Lifestyles West is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • We endeavour to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • Exceptions: Weekends, Store Closure, and Statutory Holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Canada:    2 - 7   Business Days
  • USA:         5 - 14 Business Days

All shipments are fully insured and trackable. When an order is placed a Canada Post tracking number is issued. The tracking number may be requested by Viewing the Cart and adding a note to your order during checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Canadian orders:
    • Local orders:  In store pick up
    • Flat Rate:       $12 - Order Value up to $30
    • Flat Rate:       $20 - Order Value above $30

  • USA orders:
    • Flat Rate:       $25

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are paid by the buyer. The value of payment received cannot be altered to decrease international custom fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up.

We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
